General Questions
Maybe! During wedding season there are only so many dates to go around, so I do have to give priority to full day weddings, BUT there is always a chance I’m free!
If you’re getting married mid-week or off season I have a lot more flexibility. I’d be happy to chat and try to find something that works for you
Great question! All your photos get edited for basic color & style so they match the vibe of what you’ve seen on my website. I think people are beautiful with their imperfections, and so I don’t do a ton of retouching. If you have specific requests for additional editing, I do offer more complex edits at an additional hourly rate.
My typical editing turnaround time is about 4-6 weeks. I’ll do my best to get you some sneak peaks soon after the wedding to tide you over until the full gallery is finished!
These are your memories, and I promise to capture them fully and give you more than enough images to remember this time in your lives! I’ll get rid of the ones with eyes closed, duplicates etc, but the rest of them will be sent to you via online gallery for you to pick and choose which ones you want to keep.
Travel, Albums & Prints
I absolutely LOVE to travel! Cost obviously depends on where and when you’re going, but my travel expenses will be included in my pricing so you don’t have to worry about any extra costs.
Because getting to go somewhere incredible is something I love, you’ll probably be surprised how reasonable it can be.
If you’re flexible, we might even be able to line things up with somewhere I’m already headed!

Yes, I design albums for a select few clients, and have a partnership with an incredible pro-print lab who do amazing work. If you’re looking for timeless keepsakes for your day, I’d love to help you create them.
Not at all! All your photos will be delivered digitally in high res, and you are free to print them wherever you like. There is a definite difference in the quality between consumer prints & pro print labs, but for many people and especially for smaller prints that is no big deal.
Booking Info & Backup Plans
My calendar books up to 2 years in advance, so once you’re ready to book, the sooner the better!
Booking is secured with a contract and 25% retainer. The remainder is due 2 months before your wedding day.
First off, the ONLY reason I wouldn’t make it to your day would be an act of god / death etc. I always have a backup plan and will do everything I can to make it there for your day. I arrive at least 2 days before destination events so that if a flight gets cancelled, I can find another option.
If for some reason the worst should happen, I am lucky enough to be friends with some incredible photographers and although I’m not legally held to do so, I will of course do my best to provide a replacement.
Should I be unable to capture the wedding or find a replacement, your money will be totally refunded.
Wherever possible I encourage clients to lean in to whatever life brings our way during the shoot! Sessions in the pouring rain or an absolute blizzard can be some of the most incredible memories and produce the most amazing photos.
Of course if the weather is so bad it’s dangerous to go outside, I’ll work with you to find other options – Whether that means an in home session or an alternate date if possible.
